  • 240 ml Peanut Butter Creamy
  • 56.7 grams Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 112 grams Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt Or to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

  • In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter, melted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined and smooth.

  • Spoon about 1 teaspoon of melted white chocolate into the bottom of each paper liner. Spread it slightly to coat the bottom.
  • Add about 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture on top of the white chocolate layer in each liner.
  • Top each peanut butter cup with another teaspoon of melted white chocolate, covering the peanut butter completely.
  • Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for at least 10-15 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
  • Once set, remove the peanut butter cups from the muffin tin.

Notes

Store homemade peanut butter cups in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
