  • 1 pound Cooked Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 0.5 cup Celery finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley chopped

Preparation Steps

  • Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cooked shrimp, chopped celery, and chopped red onion.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the macaroni and shrimp mixture. Gently toss to coat everything evenly.
  • Stir in the fresh chopped parsley.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For an extra kick, you can add a dash of hot sauce to the dressing. This salad is best served chilled.
