  • 0.25 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds toasted, for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Cut the ribs into individual ribs or manageable sections.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).

  • Place the ribs on the prepared baking sheet. Pour half of the sauce over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.

  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the ribs from the oven, brush with the remaining sauce, and bake for another 15 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.
  • Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
