In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the peanut butter and honey. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Remove from heat and stir in the protein powder until fully incorporated. The mixture will thicken.

Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and the remaining peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.

Spread the melted chocolate mixture evenly over the oat layer.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
