Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
Add the ramen noodles and red pepper flakes (if using) to the simmering broth. Cook according to package directions until the noodles are tender.
Serve hot, garnished as desired.
Notes
Garnish with green onions, a soft-boiled egg, or a drizzle of sriracha for extra flavor.
