Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine the drained corn, chopped red onion, chopped red bell pepper, and chopped cilantro.
In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the corn mixture and toss gently to combine.
Gently fold in the crushed Fritos just before serving to maintain their crunch.
