  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 0.125 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
  • Stir in the thawed and squeezed dry chopped spinach until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges.
  • Serve immediately with crackers, tortilla chips, or sliced baguette.

Notes

This spinach dip can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
