Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
Stir in the thawed and squeezed dry chopped spinach until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges.
Serve immediately with crackers, tortilla chips, or sliced baguette.
Notes
This spinach dip can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
