Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, chopped Snickers bars, mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans.
In a separate medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the caramel sauce and powdered sugar until well combined.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
Pour the dressing over the apple and Snickers mixture. Gently toss to coat everything evenly.
Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce if desired.
Notes
This salad is best served chilled. For an extra touch of decadence, you can add a sprinkle of toffee bits.
