Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
