Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels. This helps create a nice crust.

  • Rub the olive oil all over the pork tenderloin. Then, sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the entire surface of the pork, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Place the seasoned pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket. Ensure there is some space around it for air circulation.
  • Air fry for 18-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) in the thickest part. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the tenderloin and your air fryer model.
  • Once cooked, remove the pork tenderloin from the air fryer and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in a more tender and flavorful roast.
